
Katherine Larkin is a corporate and elder law attorney with the firm. She practices in the area of corporate law, estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate in Virginia
and the District of Columbia. Katherine also represents businesses in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, private placement of securities, joint ventures and corporate governance.
Katherine graduated magna cum laude from George Mason University School of Law in 2001. She practiced with Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP in the District of Columbia before opening her own practice in Northern Virginia in 2009. She joined the law firm of Jean Galloway Ball, PLC in 2011.
Committed to providing pro bono legal services, Katherine volunteers her services to the community through programs provided by the Fairfax Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar.
As a military "brat" Katherine has lived all over the world, although she considers herself originally from California. She moved to Northern Virginia in 1982 and graduated from George Mason University with a B.A. in Government in 1989.
