Cecilia Galloway Sheil

Cecilia is enjoying her 20th year of service with the firm. She assists in virtually every area of the practice, but devotes much of her focus to one-on-one assistance to clients with fiduciary reporting requirements, estate administration, Medicaid applications and tax preparation for decedents, estates and trusts.

Cecilia strives to provide a holistic approach to client services. Her extensive and varied personal and professional experiences afford a valuable perspective to the challenges faced by the firm's clients.

Cecilia earned an Associates degree in Paralegal Studies followed by a Bachelor's degree in Conflict Mediation from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. She has continued studies at the post-graduate level in conflict resolution and interpersonal communications.

In addition to her extensive experience as an elder law and estates and trusts paralegal, Cecilia is a Mediator certified by the Office of Executive Secretary of the Virginia Supreme Court. She mediates family law cases for the Prince William County JDR Court.

Cecilia's professional affiliations include the Fairfax Bar Association, Paralegal Section and Virginia Mediation Network.
